I never understood mothers telling their children to eat all of their vegetables, "because there are starving children in Africa." If that were the case, wouldn't it be better to NOT eat your food and instead send it to those children? But it doesn't work that way, does it? World hunger is one of those problems that we vaguely care about, but there's nothing we can do about it directly, like cancer or the rainforest.

What if you could do something about it though? Something that was completely free to you, taking only a few seconds? What if there was even something you could use to improve your life while improving theirs? You don't even have to eat any vegetables!
